摘　　要：随着高校办学模式、收费制度的改革 ,以及高校后勤社会化 ,高校思想政治工作从内容、方法到队伍建设、运行机制等方面都面临新的挑战。因此学生思想政治工作要与时俱进 ,更新思想观念 ,以服务学生为本 ,加强队伍建设 ,努力营造民主和谐的教育管理环境氛围 。With the reform of way of running schools and system of collect fees,and socialization of rear-service,ideological and political work is facing new challenges for universities from contents and methods to teachers' construction and mechanism.So the work should advance with times,renew ideological conception,serve the students as the basis,strengthen teachers construction,make great efforts to create democratic and harmonious atmosphere of management,strengthen control and guide for students' collective behavior.
