摘　　要：本文运用系统论的方法,分析了自然界和社会中多样性发生和发展的机理,指出自由度、主体性和考验的重要性。文章并以科研竞争为例,说明现代社会组织中的个体要素具有更多的主体性,组织结构更加灵活多变。Using systems theory, the article analyzes the mechanism of the occurrence and development of multiformity in nature and society, points out the importance of its extent of freedom, its independency and tests. Taking competition in scientific research as an example, the article shows that individual factors need more independency, and the organizational structures need more changeability in modern society.
