摘　　要：本文针对党在执政方式上存在的不足,从法理学研究的角度进行分析,明确了改革和完善党的执政方式的方向。党的执政方式应转到党的领导、人民民主、依法办事三者统一的正确轨道上来,这样才符合党章、宪法,也符合依法治国的要求。The paper puts forward ways on how to reform and perfect the ruling way of our Party by analyzing chiefdrawbacks from angle of law.The ruling way of our Party must turn to the combination of the following three:lead-ership of our Party,democracy of the people and ruling according to law.
