摘　　要：　注重经济增长的质量和效益,是邓小平同志发展战略思想的一个重要方面,也是区别于党和国家以往提出过的经济发展战略的一大优点。邓小平同志提出的三步走战略,不仅对经济增长的速度和数量有明确的要求,而且十分注重经济增长的质量和效益以及国民经济整体素质的提高。本文就是要对邓小平同志有关提高经济增长质量方面的思想,如关于经济增长的速度与效益、"台阶式"发展、提高科技水平、优化产业结构、共同富裕等思想加以研究。It is a important aspect of comrade Deng Xiaoping's development strategy thought to pay attention to the economic growth quality and the benefit , and it is a great merit that knowing from the past economic development strategy what our Party Country have put forward. Deng Xiaoping' three phases strategy not only have the specific request about the economic growth rate and quantity, but also emphasized on the economic growth quality and benefit and the increased national economic integer diathesis. This paper is researching on the Deng Xiaoping 'economic growth quality thought, for example,the economic growth rate and benefit,'three phases' development, rising the technology level, optimizing the industry structure, together richness, and so on.
