摘　　要：组装抗病毒疗法 (PATs)是近年来新兴的基于细胞内免疫的抗病毒感染策略。目前PATs已在抗病毒 (如小鼠白血病病毒、人乙型肝炎病毒和人类免疫缺陷病毒 )感染等领域进行了深入研究。本文综述了PATs的发展历程和研究现状 ,并对现存的问题和应用前景进行了分析和展望。Based on intracellular immunization, a new antiviral strategy termed with packageable antiviral therapeutics (PATs) has emerged in recent years. The research of PATs in antiviral infection, such as murine leukemia virus, hepatitis B virus and human immunodeficiency virus, has made great progress. This article reviews the history and circumstance of PATs, and gives some analysis on the present problems and application prospects.
