摘　　要：文章结合当前我国探矿权市场发育拓展、建设和规范化的实践 ,论述了探矿权市场建设中的市场类型、市场秩序、市场价格和市场行为等问题。指出 :1 不完全竞争市场是探矿权市场的最佳选择 ;2 尽快建立公平竞争的有序市场是探矿权市场建设的当务之急 ;3 探矿权市场流转价格应包括劳动投入等八大因素 ;4 应从守法纪和讲诚信两个方面对探矿权市场主体的行为进行规范。The paper analyses the practices of building, developing and standardizing prospecting right market in China and discusses the market type, market order, market prices and market action in building prospecting right markets. The author has next ideas. 1) No-full competitive market is the optimum select of prospecting right markets. 2) Quickly building fair competitive and orderly prospecting right market is the present pressing task in building prospecting right markets. 3) Transfer prices in the prospecting right market must include the labor cost and other eight factors. 4) We should standardize subject's acts of prospecting right market from two respects of abiding by laws and keeping one's words.
