摘 要:2003年10月11~27日,作者随中国赴加拿大有色金属工业清洁生产考察代表团,考察了诺兰达锌厂、INCO镍冶炼厂、INCO电解铜厂;CANSOLV低浓度SO2净化和HDS(高密度)石灰法酸性废水治理等两项环保清洁生产技术是这次考察的重点。作者的体会和建议是:清洁工艺表现在冶炼工艺、技术装备和管理的先进性,具有节能、降耗、减污的特性,清洁工艺又是相对的,随着社会进步在不断地提高;推行清洁生产是解决我国工业环境污染的根本途径;引进先进的环保清洁生产技术,加快推广示范。As a member of China Cleaner Nonferrous Metals Production Investigation Group to Canada, author investigated two techniques for wastewater treatment, CANSOLV low-SO_2 purification and HDS process, for Noranda Zinc Smelter, INCO's Nickel Smelter and Copper Refining Plant in Canada. The experience from the investigation is that cleaner production technology has the characteristics of energy saving, less consumption and low pollution, reflected in the advanced smelting process, equipment and management; the so-called cleaner technology is relative and steadily improved along with social progress; to put the cleaner technology into practice is a cardinal way to eliminate industrial environment pollution in China. For this reason, the advanced cleaner production technologies should be introduced so as to speed up the expansion of cleaner production technology in China.
