摘　　要：本文阐述了校园文化和人文气质的概念、研究现状及两者相互关系 ,探讨了校园文化建设和高校图书馆人文气质营造的方法。作者认为 ,高校图书馆人文气质的塑造要从环境设施和管理服务两方面入手 ,精心构筑宁静、舒适、优雅的阅读环境 ,着力打造文明、开放、亲和的服务氛围 ,为读者提供高品位的文献资源 ,努力满足读者的需要 。This paper explained the concepts of campus culture and humanistic environment,elaborated the situation of their researches,analyzed their correlations,and discussed methods of campus culture construction and college library humanistic environment construction.The authors held the view that for moulding of humanity environment of university library,it should start with environmental facility,management and service.The library should build quiet,comfortable,and elegant reading conditions to offer the resources with high taste for the readers,so as to provide services for the university.
