摘　　要：介绍镍浆料和厚膜湿敏电阻器的制备工艺。用镍浆制成厚膜湿敏电阻器的电极,并将该种厚膜湿敏电阻器的湿敏特性与采用贵金属浆料制成的同类厚膜敏电阻器进行比较,湿敏电阻器的湿敏特性完全一致,且镍浆在方电阻、附着强度等性能优于贵金属浆料。The preparation technology of nickel paste and thick-film humidity sensitive resistor is introduced.The electrode for the thick-film humidity sensitive resistor is prepared by nickel paste,then,the humidity characteristic of the thick-film humidity sensitive resistor and others with expensive metal paste is compared,it is found that the humidity sensitive characteristic of the thick-film humidity sensitive resistor is identical and the nickel paste is better than expensive matal paste in square resistance and adhesive intensity.
