摘  要:研究了锰-5′-硝基水杨基荧光酮(5′-NSAF)-溴代十六烷基吡啶(CPB)三元络合物的显色反应条件及应用.结果表明,在pH7.20~7.90的H3PO4-HAc-H3BO3-NaOH缓冲溶液中,在阳离子表面活性剂CPB存在下,锰( )与5′-NSAF生成组成比为1∶2的紫色络合物,络合物至少稳定2h,最大吸收在585nm波长处,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.27×105L·mol-1·cm-1,Mn( )含量在0~9μg/25mL范围符合比尔定律.此方法灵敏度高,操作简便,在掩蔽剂存在下,可不经分离直接测定茶叶、茶树叶中微量锰.The reacting condition and application of manganese(Ⅱ) with 5′-nitro-salicylfluorone(5′-NSAF) in the presence of cetyl-pyridinium-bromide were studied.The results shown that in the buffer solution of H_3PO_4-HAc-H_3BO_3-NaOH at pH 7.20 to 7.90,and in the presence of CPB,manganese(Ⅱ) reacted with 5′-NSAF and formed a 1∶2 purple complex.It remained stable for 2 hours at least.The apparent molar absorptivity was 1.27×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) and maximum absorption wavelength was at 585 nm, Beer′s law was obeyed in the concentration range of 0~9 μg/25mL for Mn (Ⅱ).The proposed method has good sensitivity. It has been applied in the determination of trace amounts of Mn (Ⅱ) in tea samples with the presence of masking reagent.
