摘 要:针对5440TEU集装箱船的冷库系统分别建立了压缩机模型、冷凝器模型、热力膨胀阀模型、蒸发压力调节阀模型、蒸发器模型、冷库模型以及制冷剂合流模型等部件数学模型,然后将各部件模型有机合成了仿真系统模型,用MATLAB语言编制了系统仿真软件程序.利用该仿真系统模型和软件对船舶制冷系统进行了仿真研究和实际运行,仿真结果基本符合实际系统运行状态.We present a mathematical model of marine refrigerator systems for a 5440TEU container ship. First, component models are established such as the compressor model, the condenser model, the expansion valve model, the evaporating pressure regulating valve, the evaporator model, the refrigerating room model as well as the refrigerant confluence model etc. Then the whole system model is got by connecting each component models according to the relationship in the real system. Based on the mathematical model of marine refrigerator systems, we made a simulation program using MATLAB as a simulation language. The simulation studies were conducted on the marine refrigeration systems. Simulation results are compared with characteristics of the marine refrigerator systems and satisfactory results are got.
