摘  要:定量分析了发电系统电源容量和系统可靠性水平之间的关系,提出了利用成本-效益分析法确定发电系统最优可靠性的理论方法。并用该方法整合发电系统的可靠性计算模型及缺电损失计算模型,建立了发电系统最优可靠性数学模型,用于确定发电系统的最优可靠性及对应的系统电源容量。利用该方法对某市的发电系统进行了实例计算,得到了该市发电系统的最优可靠性水平及其对应的系统容量。分析的结果表明:该可靠性水平所对应的系统容量具有最大的投资净效益。Based on the analysis of the relation between power system's capacity and reliability, a cost-benefit analysis method which optimizes the reliability of power system is presented in this paper. This method can be used to decide the optimized reliability of power system and its corresponding capacity. Combining the reliability-calculating model of power system and calculating method of outage cost, a mathematical model that can optimize the reliability of power system is set up. Finally, a calculating sample of a city's power system is given and the optimized reliability and corresponding capacity are gained. The results show that the capacity corresponded to the optimized reliability of power system have the largest net invested benefit. Figs 5, table 1 and refs 5.
