以乳源性蛋白源为主的代乳料对早期断奶羔羊生长发育的影响

摘　　要：将37只10～15日龄的白头萨福克(♂)×小尾寒羊(♀)杂交一代羔羊随机分为A、B、C、D 4个组进行试验.其中A、B、C 3组羔羊分别饲喂乳源性蛋白比例不同的3种代乳料;D组羔羊为对照组,不断奶,随母羊哺乳.结果表明:10～15日龄时,B、C组日增重显著低于D组(P<0.05),而A组与D组间差异不显著(P>0.05);16～25、26～35日龄各组羔羊日增重均无显著差异(P>0.05);46～55日龄时,A、B、C组日增重分别为365 g、323 g、319 g,而D组仅为151 g,试验组显著(P<0.05)高于对照组.由此可见,用代乳料饲喂羔羊并实现羔羊的早期断奶是可行的.Thirty-seven F1 lambs in 10~15 days of Suffolk(♂)×Small-tail Han sheep(♀) were randomly divided into four groups as A, B, C and D in this experiment:three treatment groups were fed by three milk-replacers with different ratio of milk protein source separately, and ten lambs were arranged in each treatment;Seven Lambs were fed by ewes as the control. The results showed that average daily weight gains of 10~15 days of age were not significantly different in group A and D(P>0.05), the control was significantly higher than the group B and C(P<0.05). the average daily weight gains of 16~25, 26~35 days of age were not significantly different in group A, B, C and D. The daily weight gains of group A, B, C in 45~55 days of age were significantly higher than the control (P<0.05).The average daily gains of group A,B,C were 365 g, 323 g, 319 g respectively, and the control is only 151 g. In conclusion, the milk-replacers are available for early-weaned lamb.
