摘  要:转炉系统是大型冶金企业的核心咽喉设备 ,其正常生产对稳定钢铁市场乃至国民经济具有十分重要的意义。以某特大型钢铁集团的两台 2 5 0t转炉为例 ,讨论大型转炉系统在非稳态低速重载条件下 ,实施远程在线监测与故障诊断的可行性。指出可采用超低频压电传感器解决恶劣工况条件下的动态信号拾取 ,而转炉工况的非稳定性可通过信号的变尺度预处理来解决。最终建立实用的转炉系统的远程在线监测与故障诊断系统。实践表明 ,该系统达到了应有的设计要求 。The rotary smelting furnace systems are core equipment in large metallurgy plants and their working situation will have a great effect on the steal iron market and national economy.Taking two 250?t rotary smelting furnaces of a large steal iron group for example, the feasibility of remote online monitoring and fault diagnosis for the smelting furnace systems running under the low speed overloading conditions has been discussed. It suggest that the dynamic signals of these systems running under severe conditions could be sampled with ultra low bandwidth piezoelectricity sensors and the instability of signals could be processed with variable scale.A remote online monitoring and fault diagnosis system for rotary smelting furnaces has been built,and the practical application has testified that all design standards have been obtained and the system has been running normally.
