摘　　要：研究了基于模型参数的产品族设计方法。在功能、装配和成本三个约束目标下设计模板产品和产品族结构,建立产品族评价系统。通过各零部件参数的交联变化,实现产品族的设计。最后,以减速器为例,用VB对SolidEdge进行二次开发实现了减速器族的设计。Design of product family based on the model parameters is put forward. The template product and construct of product family are formed under constraints such as function,assembly,cost.The estimating system of product family is created.The design of product family is realized by various parameters of parts and components alternatly.The method is verified with the example of reducer,using Visual Basic 6.0 and SolidEdge software.
