摘　　要：文章综述了大量国内外有关青蒿琥酯抗肿瘤体内外实验资料,证实青蒿琥酯不仅是一种好的抗疟药而且亦是一个安全有效的抗癌药,长期使用不会产生耐药性。阐明青蒿琥酯的抑瘤机理为诱导凋亡,并介绍了它的药理和毒理学。This review provided a number of experimental data in vivo and in vitro on antitumor effect of artesunate both at home and abroad. The artesunate was proved not only a highly effective antimalarial drug but also a safety and effic acious anticancer medicine. It could not produce a drug resistance after a long time use.The anticancer mechanism of the artesunate inducing apoptosis and the effect of pharmacology and toxicology of artesunate were introduced.
