摘　　要：分析了IntServ/RSVP体系中3种业务流是如何实现服务质量保证的，并对服务质量进行了明确的定义，还分析了IntServ/RSVP体系扩展性差的原因。在此基础上，重点探讨了Diffserv体系的两种资源管理方案的服务质量和扩展性，最终得出结论──在Diffserv与IntServ/RSVP相结合的体系中，采用静态资源管理方案是可行的。This paper analyzes how to realize QoS guarantee of the three kinds of business flowing information in IntServ/ RSVP system, gives the accurate definition of QoS, and the reason why expansiveness of IntServ/RSVP system is bad.On this foundation,it mainly studies two kinds of resources management project of QoS in the Diffserv system and expansiveness , finally gets the conclusion──in which Diffserv and IntServ/ RSVP are combine, adopting static resources management project is feasible.
