摘　　要：设计了一种基于多层客户/服务器结构的远程医疗系统，给出了完全基于Java的系统实现方案，它具有较强的灵活性及异构平台兼容性。对系统中涉及的医学图像压缩技术、医学图像自动归档技术、数据中间件技术进行了讨论并给出了具体的实现方法。系统的运行结果证明了方案的可行性。The paper presents a telemedicine system, which is based on multi-layer clients/server framework and gives out its Java implementation. The system is flexible when it is implemented and can be compatible with different platforms. It also discusses some key techniques like medical image compression, auto-archiving of medical image and data middleware in the system. The experimental system has been built and the result is promising.
