摘 要:在内径54mm的多级搅拌塔中,对水-煤油体系的流体力学特性进行了研究,得到描述系统流体力学特性的关联式:并采用四参数模型,较好地解释了分散相局部滞留分率沿轴向的分布曲线。Flooding rates, dispersed phase hold-up and hold-up profiles were investigated in a 54 mm diameter Multistage Agitated Column with water-Kerosene as test system. Correlations for describing hydrodynamic parameters in the Multistage Agitated Column are: The local dispersed phase hold-up in the column was found to vary with the height of the column. The effects of operating parameters on the hold-up profiles were studied and explained by a four-parameter mathematical model.
