摘　　要：某特钢企业在生产经营过程中,为解决缺乏宏观管理和集中控制与调度等方面的问题,通过分析本企业的生产特点,提出了基于Web的C/S与B/S混合结构的特钢行业体系结构。在此基础上,构建面向企业上层管理企业的资源计划和下层的制造执行系统的集成化解决方案。实现了企业内不同部门,即分厂之间的知识集成和共享,从而使生产计划和经营管理得到了整体优化,建立了适合特钢企业经营管理与生产制造一体化的信息系统。For solving the problem of lacking macroscopic management and centralized control through analyzing the characteristics of a special steel industry, web-based production management mode of C/S and B/S structure fitting for the special steel industry is put forward. An integrated solution oriented to the upper management of enterprise ERP and the lower Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is built based on itthe mode. An integrative information system fitting for the business administration and production manufacture of a special steel industry is designed, which realizes the knowledge integration and share between different departments of the enterprise and satisfies the holistic optimization of production planning and business administration.
