76例男性性病患者7种支原体的检测分析

摘　　要：目的 :了解扬州市男性性病 (STD)与 7种支原体的感染状况。方法 :采用套式聚合酶链反应 (nPCR)技术对 76例扬州市男性STD患者尿道拭子进行解脲脲原体 (Uu)、人型支原体 (Mh)、肺炎支原体 (Mpn)、生殖支原体 (Mg)、发酵支原体 (Mf)、穿通支原体 (Mpe)、梨型支原体 (Mpi)、7种支原体检测。结果 :7种支原体感染阳性数为 5 5例 ,感染率为 72 .4 % ;Uu、Mh、Mpn、Mg、Mf、Mpe、Mpi阳性率分别为 6 4 .5 %、2 7.6 %、2 6 3%、18.4 %、2 .6 % ,2 .6 % ,0 ;单种、两种、三种、四种支原体合并感染率分别为 32 .9%、17.1%、14 5 %、7.9% ;7种支原体均为阴性占 2 7.6 %。结论Objective:To study the infection status of seven types of Mycoplasmas in male sexual transmitted disease(STD) patients.Method:Samples were collected from the male STD patients in Yangzhou and seven types of pathogens including Uu,Mh,Mpn,Mg,Mf,Mpe,Mpi were detected by using the nested polymerase chain reaction(nPCR).Results:The number of positive case was 55,and the infectious rate was 72.4%.The positive rate of Uu was 64.5%,Mh 27.6%,Mpn 26.3%,Mg 18.4%,However,the infectious rate of one type was 32.9%,complicated infectious rate of two types was 17.1%,three types 14.5%,four types 7.9%.The infectious rate of no types of seven Mycoplasmas was 27.6%.Conclusions:The male STD showed high level of Mycoplasmas infection.
