摘  要:本文分析了几种接链环,并对提高其强度和寿命提出了几点看法.As for chain connecting rings used in scraper conveyors made in China and abroad, the connecting forms have two basic types. They are tooth connecting type and pin connecting type, such as saw tooth connecting, retangle tooth connecting, ring connecting, pin connecting and others. Due to different structures, they have different features. The tooth connecting is a multitooth loading structure. When one tooth yielded, it could occure a loading redistribution and therefore it could fully use the strength of the material to extend its lifetime. The pin structure can eliminate a bending stress occured when chain and driven wheel are geared. But due to pin holes it will obviously reduce the strength of the material. This paper has considered that reasons of chain connecting ring failure are a forced failure occured at a sudden overloading and a fatigue failure occured by a loadion of a random pulse extension. Finally the author has improved the service time of the chain connecting ring by improvement of the structure desingn, surface heat treatment, improvement of manufacturing, increased abrasive resistance and corrosion desistance.
