摘　　要：介绍一种采用PLC工业微处理器来控制的钢圈自动焊接设备,着重于其工作原理及软硬件设计的构成。采用该焊接设备可以满足钢圈分段不同及焊缝长短不同的要求。实验表明使用该焊机焊接质量提高,焊工的劳动强度降低,生产效率比手工电弧焊提高4～6倍。This article presents an automative welding equipment antrolled b y PLC industry micro-processor,of which the working principle and the design con struction of software and hardware are the key points.This equipment can meet the requirment of different diviscions of steel rim of wheel adn different di mension of seam.The experiments show that when using the equipment ,welding qu ality is highly improved,physical labor of the welder is greatly decreased,and the work efficency is inreased by4to6times more than manual metal arc welding .
