摘 要:以抽提丁二烯后的碳四和乙醇为原料,采用QRE型大孔阳离子交换树脂为催化剂对乙基叔丁基醚的合成工艺进行了研究。在固定床反应器中考察了醇烯比、空速、温度等工艺条件对异丁烯转化率的影响,取得了适宜的醚化工艺参数:醇烯摩尔比1.0-1.3,空速3.0-4.0 h-1,反应温度55-60℃。采用固定床与催化蒸馏组合醚化工艺进行了中试,利用侧线循环提高产品纯度,异丁烯转化率可达99%以上,产品乙基叔丁基醚纯度可达97%以上。Laboratory and pilot plant study of ETBE synthesis from C4 and ethanol with QRE macro-cation exchange resin as catalyst were described. Effects of temperature,space velocity and ethanol/isobutene mole ratio on conversion of isobutene were studied in a laboratory fixed bed reactor. Optimal conditions for etherification were obtained. Pilot plant study was carried out in a combined reaction system of a prereactor with successive catalytic distillation column. A side stream was drawn from the stripping section of the latter and was recycled to prereactor ahead. Total conversion of isobutene could then reach more than 99% ; ETBE selectivity more than 98% ;purity of ETBE product 97% .
