摘 要:通过能谱分析、X射线衍射分析、红外光谱分析、离子色谱分析、热重分析和差示扫描式量热分析等多种分析方法对甲苯液相氧化过程中生成的垢进行了成分分析,其主要成分是CoC2O4·2H2O。垢样中各成分的质量分数为Co27.3%、C2O42-41.4%、CH3COO-8.5%、不溶于酸的物质4.1%、其它2.7%。结果表明,反应过程中结垢与烃类的过度氧化有关。Liquid-phase oxidation of toluene by air is an environment benign technology for producing benzoic acid. In SNIA benzoic acid process,reaction heat is removed by two heat exchangers. Severe scaling often occurs on surface of exchanger tubes. Usually, exchangers have to be cleaned every 3-4 months. To make clear the mechanism of scaling, a scale sample, collected from a commercial device, was analyzed by EDS (X-ray energy dispersive spectrometry) ,XRD,FTIR,spectrophotometric analysis,ion chromatographic analysis,TG and DSC. The scale was found to be a precipitate of CoC2O4 ·2H2O. Its composition (mass fraction) was: Co: 27.3% , C2O42- :41.4% ,CH3COO- :8.5% , residues: 4 .1 % ,others:2.7% .The results indicated that scale formation was related to deep oxidation of hydrocarbons.
