摘 要:对混合二异丙苯在β沸石催化剂上的异构化反应进行了研究,考察了温度、质量空速对异构化反应的影响,同时还进行了100h催化剂稳定性实验。实验结果表明,随着反应温度的升高,对二异丙苯的转化率增加,间二异丙苯的选择性减小;对二异丙苯的转化率随空速的提高先增加后逐渐降低,间二异丙苯的选择性随空速的提高而增加。在3.5MPa下混合二异丙苯异构化反应的适宜条件为:温度210℃、质量空速3h-1,在该条件下对二异丙苯的转化率为41.59%,间二异丙苯的选择性为64.46%,液态产品中间二异丙苯的质量分数达55.21%。Diisopropylbenzene (DIPB) is an available by-product in the synthesis of cumene. Features of DIPB mixture isomerization on β catalyst were studied,and effects of main reaction parameters such as temperature and mass hour space velocity (MHSV) were investigated. The optimized conditions for a mixture of DIPB isomerization under 3.5 MPa were: reaction temperature 210 ℃, and MHSV 3 h-1, with a conversion of p -DIPB of 41.59%, a selectivity of m -DIPB of 64.46%,and m - DIPB content in reaction liquid reaching 55.21% .With increasing reaction temperature,the conversion of p-DIPB increased and m -DIPB selectivity decreased. When MHSV increased, the selectivity of m -DIPB increased gradually, and conversion of p-DIPB went through a maximum.
