摘　　要：在直径1000mm、高3000mm的轴向固定床冷模装置中研究了气体分布器和瓷球填料对反应器内气流分布的影响结果表明,随着表观气速的增加,反应器内气流的不均匀程度增加;气体分布器可改变床层内气流流形并使气流的径向速度分布趋于均匀;瓷球填料的阻力作用也可使径向气流的速度分布趋于均匀。合适的气体分布器与瓷球填料联合使用能使催化剂床层中气体的径向压差小于0.08kPa。Effects of gas distributor and ceramic ball on gas flow in fixed bed reactor were studied with a cold model axial fixed bed reactor, 1 000 mm in diameter, 3 000 mm in height. The experiments showed that extent of nonuniformity of gas flow in axial fixed bed reactor increased when superficial gas velocity increased. The gas distributor and ceramic ball influenced the gas flow profile simultaneously. Nevertheless,the combined effect of a suitable gas distributor and ceramic ball packing could bring the radial pressure difference in an axial fixed bed to less than 0.08 kPa.
