摘 要:以硅钼棒作加热体,用Czochralski技术生长了Ce∶Cu∶Ba0 5Sr1 5K0 5Na0 5Nb5O15(Ce∶Cu∶KNSBN)晶体。测试了自泵浦位相共轭反射率和响应时间。以Ce∶Cu∶KNSBN晶体作记录介质和自泵浦位相共轭镜进行实时全息联想存储器实验。实验结果显示:以含75%,50%原信息的图像寻址时,读出图像清晰完整;以25%原信息的图像寻址时,能读出完整的图像;自泵浦位相共轭反射率R达到60%。对自泵浦位相共轭产生机理进行了研究。Using Si-Mo bar as the heater, the Ce:Cu:Ba0.5Sr1.5K0.5Na0.5 Nb5O15 (Ce:Cu:KNSBN) crystal was grown by the Czochralski method. The self-pumped phase conjugate reflectivity and the response time of Ce:Cu:KNSBN were measured. The real-time associated holographic storage experiment was performed by using Ce:Cu:KNSBN as the storage media and the self-pump phase conjugate mirror. The experimental results show that the pictures are clear and integrated when using 75 percent and 50 percent of the information of the original picture to address, and the integrated picture can also be obtained when 25 percent of the information is used. The self-pump phase conjugate reflectivity R reaches to 60%. The mechanism of the self-pump phase conjugate reflection was also investigated.
