摘 要:渗锡量是浮法玻璃渗锡过程的一个重要控制参数,它影响到玻璃的散射和透过率,特别对热处理玻璃的透过率,它与浮法玻璃在加热前后的透过率的比值有直接关系。为此提出测量浮法玻璃在加热与不加热时的透过率比值来计算渗锡量的测量方法。实验结果表明:方法灵敏度随加热温度的增加而增加,加热温度为770℃时,方法灵敏度为0 05g/m2,测量结果的误差为±2 2%。The tin content in float glass is an important parameter of controlling the float glass process. It has influences on the scattering and transmittance of the glass, in particular on that of the heat treated glass. It relates directly to the ratio of transmittances of the glass before and after heat treatment. A measurement method of the tin content calculated based on the measurement of the transmittance ratio was proposed. Experimental results show that the sensitivity for the method increases with the increasing of heating temperature. It is about 0.05 g/m2 when the float glass is heated at 770℃ in air. The relative error is about ±2.2% for the method.
