摘  要:分析了75t/h石油焦循环流化床锅炉布风板阻力偏小、气流不均和床层漏渣等问题的原因,从 理论计算和冷态试验两方面阐述了布风板改造前后阻力的变化。布风板改造后消除了原有隐患,保证了物 料的正常流化和锅炉的稳定燃烧。The reason analysis on the resistance of air distribution plate being the low side, The gas stream being non -uniform and the leakage slag of bed of 75t/h oil coke circulation fluidized bed boiler was carried out. The resistance change of air distribution plate before and after transformation was mentioned from two fields of theoretical calculation and cold testing. The original hidden trouble was eliminated after the transformation of air distribution plate. The normal fluidization of material and stable combustion of boiler were secured
