摘 要:以异苯并二氢吡喃酮— 4为起始原料 ,在氢氧化钠的醇水溶液中与芳醛进行ALDOL缩合得到异色满酮— 4的α、β不饱和衍生物 (2a—c) ,在含有乙醇钠的乙醇中将上述化合物分别与氰乙酰胺发生迈克尔加成得到收率为 83%~90 %的标题物 (4a—c)。在哌啶催化下用类似的方法处理异色满酮— 4的α、β不饱和衍生物制得 3、4二氢异苯并吡喃并吡啶酮 ,将二氢吡啶酮以单质硒脱氢相应地也生成标题物 (4a—c)。所得衍生物经元素分析。A kind of α.β-unsaturated derivative(2a—c)with isochroman—4 has been obtained by ALDOL condensation reaction, in which the isochromanone reacts with aromatic aldehyde in presence of sodium hydroxide alcohol solution. And then a title compound(4a—c)with 83%-90% yield has been synthesized by the reaction of the(4a—c) and cyanoacetamide in ethanol solution containing sodium ethylateby Michel addition reaction. The title compound synthesized is similar to method by dehydrogenation in existence of element Se with piperidine as catalyst. The chemical structure of the synthesized compounds (4a—c) has been proved by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR analysis.
