摘 要:射孔穿透深度是产能评估、产率比计算最基础的资料 ,是射孔优化方案的基本条件。根据炮弹性能和岩层的强度参数 ,考虑套管、水泥环的能量损耗 ,计算了以井壁为起点的实际射深。对枪身不居中、炮弹不贴套管壁进行了间隙校正 ,计算出最大射深和最小射深。对 1口有污染半径资料的井进行了射孔穿透深度计算与分析。许多井的测井资料不具备射孔穿透深度的计算条件 ,新的射孔穿透深度预测方法使大多数井能准确地计算出射孔穿透深度。Perforating depth is not only the most basic data for production estimation and calculation of productivity ratio, but also the basic condition of optimizing perforation scheme. According to the perforation charge performance and strength parameter of the formation, calculated are the actual perforating depths with the borehole wall as the starting depth-computing point in the open holes while considering the energy consumption of the charges penetrating through casing pipes and cement mantles. There is annular space between the perforating gun body and the casing, and also between the charges and casing walls. So, the maximum and minimum perforating depths are figured out after the space correction. Calculated and analyzed are the perforating depths for a well having pollution radius data. Now, many wells don't have enough logging data to calculate the perforating depths. Using our newly proposed method allows us to correctly estimate the depths of most wells.
