摘　　要：本文在简要介绍DRM发展背景的基础上,阐述了DRM传输系统的核心技术,探讨了在中短波广播中实施DRM技术系统需要解决的一些问题。To support the speech of Deputy Director Zhang Haitao at 2004 HangzhouInternational Symposium on Digital Medium and Short Wave Technology, our Journalinvited Prof. Li Dong, DRM expert and tutor for doctorial students in BBI, to write anarticle discussing on the advanced DRM technology and its implemetation. At thesame time, the two other articles are collected introducing respectively thetransformation of existing analog MW and SW transmitters into digital ones and trialDRM broadcasts. In addition, questions related to the DRM reception based on DreamSoftware Radio are introduced and an approach to the feasibility of practicalapplication of DRM technical system to Xinjiang radio transmission is made in theremaining article.
