摘 要:目的:研究去势及甲状旁腺激素间歇注射对大鼠转化生长因子-β1(TGF-13,)表达的影响。方法:3月龄雌性SD大鼠行卵巢切除术(OVX)或假手术(Sham),手术组于2周后分别皮下注射甲状腺激素1-34片段(FFH1-34)或溶剂,10天后处死;酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清中TGF-β1含量。结果:雌性大鼠卵巢切除2周后血清中TGF-β1含量明显升高(P<0.05),甲状旁腺激素注射组与去势对照组无明显差异。结论:甲状旁腺激素短期注射并不影响血清中TGF-β1含量。To evaluate the effect of ovariectomy and intermittent injection of parathyroid hormone on Transforming growth factor PI (TGF-β1,) in rats. Methods:Three-month-old rats were ovarietomied(OVX) or sham-operated (SHAM). Two weeks later, OVX rats received daily subcutaneous injection of human parathyroid hormone fragment 1-34 (hPTH1-34), 6 μg/100 g body weight or vehicle for 10 d. Then all animals were sacrificed. Enzyme linked-immuno-sorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the TGF-fJi in serum. Results:There was an increased TGF-β1 concentration in OVX rat serum( P < 0. 05). However, no difference of TGF-β1 levels between the rats treated with and without hPTH1-34 was found. Conclusion: Our findings suggest that intermittent injection of PTH has no effect on the concentration of TGF-β1.
