摘　　要：立足于电信资源的图形维护,分析了电信资源成图特点、图形维护的难点,设计出基于图形操作的系统数据模型、存储方式和并发访问控制机制,以及资源管理所需的主要图形操作及其实现方法,并给出Mapinfo平台下MapBasic程序组织方式及实现结果。该设计是实现电信资源管理可视化的一种有效途径。In this paper,the author presents the design of GIS- based Telecom Data System(TDS) for graphical - resource - oriented telecom resource management: first analyzes the characteristics of telecom resource figures and the difficulties of maintaining graphical resources, then describes the resource data models, data store method and control mechanics of concurrent data access, then lists some basic specialized graphical operations on every class of resource and their procedures,as well as a system implementation using MapBasic program,at last shows a part of telecom resource distribution figure of some telephone office drawn in the application as an example. The application not only accords with the telecom maintenance specifications, but also is very easy to use.
