摘　　要：分析了软件的重要性 ,讨论了目前软件需求管理的主要方法与工具在大多数软件组织中的现状。在此基础上 ,通过分析目前软件需求变更管理存在的主要问题 ,提出了使用软件过程质量管理来控制需求变更的思想 。This paper introduces and analysis the current various requirement management methodologies,models,tools and the actuality in most software organizations.On the base of that,we bring out framework of quality management and control focused on the process of software requirement changing.
