摘  要:针对电站锅炉过热器高温腐蚀问题进行讨论,对通辽发电总厂HG-670/140—6型锅炉燃用的霍林河褐煤为分析对象,利用电感 耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪对过热器部位灰渣中的一些元素含量进行分析,确定过热器灰渣的物理性质和化学成分,揭示过热器 管子高温腐蚀的内在本质原因。In this paper an attempt was made to understand high temperature corrosion phenomena, normally occuring in the superheaters of power plant systems. Asa typical fuel, the Huolinhe lignite, used in a boiler of HG-670/140-6 type in Tongliao Power Plant, was experimentally investigated to explore its effect on the high temperature corrosion. The ICP-AES was used to measure the contents of improtant elements in the combustion product. The physical and chemical characteristics of ash and slag were determined, and their significance on and essential causations of the corrosion were discussed.
