摘　　要：构建了一个基于数字语音交换技术的多方会议系统。介绍了系统结构、工作原理,阐述了数字语音交换、混合等关键技术和基本原理。实现了多用户话音之间的任意连接和交换。A multiuser conference system based on the digital audio exchange technology is constructed. The system structure and work theory are introduced. The key technology and basic theory of the digital audio exchange and mixing are expatiated. The audio join and exchange are realized between many users.
