油水井套管的腐蚀及防护理论、实验与应用——外挂阳极串套管现场试验

摘　　要：根据地下参比电极接触测试原理 ,测试了套管被保护前后纵向深度上的套管自然电位、套管保护电位、阳极工作电位和阳极开路电位 .试验结果表明 ,阳极工作电位都小于 -0 .93V ,套管保护电位都小于 -0 .85V(Cu/CuSO4 参比电极 ) ,阳极工作正常 ,电位稳定 ,分布均匀 ,整个保护系统处于良好的工作状态 .Through the contact test of underground reference electrode, we have tested the natural potential, casing protecting potential, the anode working potential, and the anode open circuit potential. Results show that the working potential of anodes is lower than -0.93 volts (Cu/CuSO_4), and the casing protecting potential is lower than -0.85 volts (Cu/CuSO_4). The test results indicate that all of the potentials are steady, the anodes work normally, and the protective system works properly and smoothly.
