摘　　要：在农药对藻类毒性试验结果的统计过程中 ,应用不同的统计方法 ,所得出的EC50 值也存在一定差异。就所查到的统计方法进行了归纳 ,总结为三大类 :面积法、生长速率法和相对数量法 。In toxicological testing of pesticide to algae,different statistical methods of the data make the EC 50 values (pesticide concentration required to cause 50% reduction in growth) different.Several statistical methods were summarized and given in this article:comparison of areas under the growth curves,comparison of growth rates and comparison of the amount of algal.This article illustrates that there are indeed differences between these three methods above.
