摘　　要：论述了将TDC3000的逻辑控制功能与流程图画面操作监视功能有机地结合起来,设计并实现细粉收集器排料系统的顺序控制、监视与操作。使化工生产操作、监视更为方便、灵活、快捷和安全。提高了生产装置自动化程度,减轻了劳动强度,经济和社会效益显著。Discussion on the combination of TDC3000 logic control function and flow diagram picture operating function, the sequence control and monitoring and operation on fine collection container discharge system are designed and realized. It makes it possible for chemical operation, monitoring more convenient, flexible, fast and safety. It has improved the automation of the plant, lighten work intensity, improved benefits both on economic and society.
