摘  要:在超导计算机体系研究中 ,超导 RSFQ逻辑单元设计与仿真是其中重要的环节 ,但理论分析得到的结果往往不能直观地展现电路的工作过程。超导 RSF Q RS触发器是构成超导计算机体系的重要逻辑单元 ,其功能和性能对 RSF Q超导计算机体系至关重要 ,本文在超导 RSFQ RS触发器理论分析基础上 ,着重对电路进行时域瞬态仿真 ,仿真结果直观地展现了电路各种状态和工作过程 ,并很好地验证了理论分析结果 ,这一工作对于超导Superconducting RSFQ Logic devices design and simulation are important steps in developing superconducting computer system. But generally, it′s difficult to visually express the circuit working process by theory analysis. Superconducting RSFQ RS FlipFlop is one of the most important logic devices in superconducting computer system, so its function and performance are very important to that system. Based on the theory analysis of superconducting RSFQ RS FlipFlop, its transient voltage and phase have been intensively simulated in time domain.The simulation results show us the visual working process and state of the circuit,and well validate the results acquired by theory analysis. This work should be very important for further investigating of superconducting RSFQ computer system.
