摘　　要：将振动 -转速双通道信号同时采集 ,借助于转速脉冲波形的标签功能 ,能准确地识别柴油机燃烧爆发振动波形。通过特征窗提取燃烧振动波形并进行细化分析 ,能快速准确地诊断出柴油机燃油系统的常见故障 ,并能判断出产生故障的各种原因。对钻井用PZ12V190型柴油机的现场诊断表明 ,该方法具有简便。The vibration and rotating speed signals are collected through the adjacent channels of the diagnosis instrument. The wave of combustion vibration can be identified exactly with the help of rotating speed pulse. By analyzing the time-domain and spectrum of the combustion vibration wave selected by a characteristic window, we can easily diagnose the fuel-system faults of diesel engine and find out their causes. The technique used for the diagnosis of PZ12V190 diesel engine has been proved to be simple, convenient and precise.
