两相厌氧工艺应用的述评

摘　　要：两相厌氧工艺把产酸反应和产甲烷反应分开在不同的反应器中进行,因而具有比单相厌氧工艺更优越的特点。本文分析了两相法的工艺特点和适用范围,讨论了产酸反应器和产甲烷反应器的选型和构造,介绍了两种主要的两相法工艺流程及其工艺参数。Two-phase anaerobic process has some merits which traditional single-phase anaerobic process does not posses,i.e.the acid and methane reaction can separately complete. The characteristics and application ranges of the two-phase anaerobic process and the selection and construction of acid-phase and methane-phase reactor were illustrated respectively in the paper, and finally themajor flow diagram and process parameters introduced.
