摘 要:基于化学平衡 ,建立了气流床干煤粉气化的数学模型 .模型计算结果与工业结果基本吻合 ,表明对于气流床干煤粉气化这样的高温反应过程 ,可以用化学平衡的方法近似模拟 .通过分析工艺条件对气化结果的影响 ,发现蒸汽煤比和氧煤比起着调节原煤热值在化学能和物理显热之间的分配的作用 .在联合循环发电 ,可以通过蒸汽煤比和氧煤比的改变 ,调节燃气轮机与蒸汽轮机之间的能量分配关系 .The simulation model of the entrained-bed coal gasification in the integrated combined-cycle has been built based on chemical equilibrium and the calculation result is in good agreement with the industrial data. The agreement indicates that chemical equilibrium is feasible in simulating entrained-bed coal powder gasification under extremely high temperature. After studying the influence of the operating condition to the reaction result, we conclude that the ratios of oxygen to coal and steam to coal play a role in justifying the allocation of coal energy between chemical latent energy and physical sensible heat. In the integrated combined-cycle, ratios of oxygen to coal and steam to coal can justify the allocation of coal energy between gas turbine system and stream turbine system.
