摘 要:利用 NETZSCH40 9C型差示扫描量热仪对常见黏土类矿物高岭石对煤炭燃烧特性的影响进行了分析 .结果表明 ,随着高岭石添加量的增加 ,煤样的失重曲线 TG燃烧段变得逐渐平缓 ,失重速率曲线 DTG的峰值点降低 ,燃烧失重速率降低 ;煤样的着火点逐渐升高 ,当高岭石的添加量在 5 0 %~ 60 %之间时 ,着火温度约升高 9℃~ 1 3℃ ,燃烧稳定性也降低 ;随着高岭石的添加量的增加 ,煤样总的折算灰分增大 ,差热扫描曲线 DSC的放热峰宽变窄 ,放热量减少 .The effects of kaolinite on the characteristics of coal combustion were investigated with thermogravimetry analysis. The results show that with the increasing ratio of kaolinite in the samples , the samples' curve of mass loss become gentle. The velocity of mass loss curves' peak value fall, which shows the speed of loss weight goes into slowly. The kaolinite may clag the ignition of coal, when the amount of kaolinite ratio is in 50%-60%, the kindling temperature is about 9 ℃-13 ℃ higher than single coal, and the stability of combustion decreases.With the additive ratio increasing , the intermixture's convert ash ratio augment , the exotherm's width of peak get narrow, the amount of calorific power trails off.
