摘 要:转速为 6 0 0~ 1330r/min、液体体积流量为 0~ 12 4 0L/h的情况下 ,以空气 水为物系 ,在转子直径为 6 0 0mm、厚度为 80mm的折流式旋转床内 ,进行了不同气体体积流量下电功率消耗特性的实验测量。结果表明 ,折流式旋转床电功率随着液体体积流量和转速的增大而增大 ,随气体体积流量增大的趋势比较缓慢 ,并且在小喷淋量下有先略减小后增大的过程。结合实验结果 。The characteristics of electric power consumption of the zigzag rotating bed were experimentally measured using the air-water system under 600~1330r/min and 0~1240L/h and different gas flow rates conditions.The diameter and thickness of the rotating bed are 600mm and 80mm respectively.The results indicate that the electric power consumption increases when liquid flow rate and rotating speed were enhanced,the electric power consumption increases slowly as gas flow rate was enhanced.However under low liquid flow rate condition, there is a process that the electric power consumption initially decreases slightly, then increases again with the gas flow rate enhanced.Finally, based on the experimental data, the empirical correlation equation of the electric power consumption was derived by regression.
