摘　　要：针对机车转速传感器的现场检测 ,介绍了一种机车速度传感器在线校验仪的研制。该系统采用直流电机拖动所要校验的转速传感器并采用双闭环反馈控制直流电机调速。该系统采用电流和转速负反馈 ,利用IGBT对驱动转速传感器的直流电机进行双闭环的PWM调速控制 ,使系统调速范围宽 ,低速性能好 。Aiming the field detection of locomotive speed transducer,a locomotive speed transducer on-line inspection system which uses a method of double loop feedback to control DC motor is introduced.This system adopts negative feedback of electric current and speed,and imposes on IGBT to control DC motor which uses a method of double loop to control it by PWM adjusting speed.The DC motor is used to drive rotating speed transducer.This system has a wide range of adjusting apeed,a perfect low speed capability,which can meet the field detection demand for locomotive rotating speed transducer.
