摘  要:本文从分析供水节能需要、调速技术选择和泵组调速台数的确定等入手,介绍了水泵调速在上海供水中的应用情况。以前上海都选用额定扬程相同、流量不同的水泵组成的泵组来调节供水,总效率50~62%,年耗约162.6kW·h/km^3。自结合上海现有泵站实际,采用效率高,投资回收期短的可控硅串级调速技术进行改造后,总效率达72%,单耗降至120kW·h/km^3。The application of pump speed-control techniques for water supply facilities in Shanghai has been described with regard to the necessity of energy saving in water supply, selection of pump speed-control techniques and determinating of the number of pump-units in speed-controlling.Previously the total efficiency of pump operation was 62% and the energy consumption was 162.5 kWh per thousand cubic meter of water for pump units composed of pumps with equal head but different discharges in Shanghai.Since the pump units have been replaced by series SCR control units,the total efficiency and energy consumption have increased and decreased to 72% and 120 kWh per thousand cubic meters respectively.
