摘　　要：高质量的稿源是确保期刊高质量的关键性、决定性因素.分析了当前科普期刊优质稿源匮乏的主要原因,提出了科普期刊稿源开发的对策是:根据办刊宗旨和选题计划,有目的地组稿;制定有关政策措施,调动作者写稿积极性;精心设置栏目和目次页,对作者实行撰稿向导;抓好发行和广告征集工作,充实办刊经费,提高稿酬标准;创建特色期刊,扩大期刊影响力,以稳定作者队伍;悉心建设高素质科普创作队伍,开辟稿件源头活水.High quality manuscripts role on the foundations for high quality of periodicals. The reasons causing the lack of manuscripts were analyzed. Countermeasures for the solutions of existing problems were also discussed, which included organizing manuscripts based on the aims and subjects, promoting authors' initiative by establishing relative policies, setting up columns and contents carefully as the guidance for authors, holding distribution and advisement tightly for increasing funds and article payment, featuring the periodicals for expanding the impact and fixing the authors, strengthening the construction of the author term for developing active sources.
